Scheduling

It is important to arrive 15 minutes before your service so that you may have time to change (if applicable) and can begin your relaxing and rejuvenating experience.  All new clients will be given a welcome packet and will be given a tour of our spa.

Day of Spa and Private Party Packages

Deposit is required upon booking any day of spa or private party packages.  Deposit amount will be based upon total services requested. 

Cancelation Policy

Because we want to accommodate all of our guests, we will take a credit card to hold any appointment that is over a certain dollar amount.  Please provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If the allotted time is not given, 50% of the service price will be placed on the card.  If no notice is given, the full amount of service will be placed on the card.

Return Policy


Products with a store receipt may be returned for a refund within 14 days and a store credit after 14 days.  Product returns must have at least 50% of the product left to be accepted for a return.  Product less than 50% full will not be accepted.

Gratuities


Gratuities are not included in the individual prices listed, but will be included in any packages purchased.  Credit cards may not be used for gratuities.

Cell Phones


To preserve the tranquility of our guests experience, please turn off or kindly set your cell phone on vibrate.

Children

We want each guests to have a peaceful and tranquil experience at Chi Spa, therefore, please plan to make arrangements for children if you have an appointment for a spa service.  Thank you for understanding.
